TC4 Titanium Rod (Grade 5 Titanium Alloy Rod, Ti-6Al-4V Rod)
TC4 Titanium Rod, internationally known as Grade 5 Titanium or Ti-6Al-4V, is an alpha-beta titanium alloy composed of approximately 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium. It is the most commonly used titanium alloy due to its excellent combination of high strength, lightweight, and outstanding corrosion resistance. TC4 offers superior mechanical properties compared to commercially pure titanium grades, making it ideal for high-performance applications.
