Molybdenum rods have high melting point, good thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion properties. At high temperatures, it can resist oxidation and have high strength.

High temperature molybdenum rods have high melting point, good thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion and excellent oxidation resistance.

Molybdenum rod is a kind of material with a variety of excellent physical and chemical properties. Its chemical element symbol is Mo and its atomic number is 42, which is a gray transition metal. The surface of forged molybdenum rods is allowed to have oxidation and slight forging marks, while the surface of polished molybdenum rods is metallic luster without significant oxidation.
