Molybdenum block

Molybdenum block is one of the common molybdenum products, and its surface presents silver-white metallic luster or gray-black powder (body-centered cubic crystal). Melting point 2623 ℃. Boiling point 4800 ℃. Relative density 10.2. Soluble in hot concentrated nitric acid, hot concentrated sulfuric acid, aqua regia, slightly soluble in hydrochloric acid, insoluble in water, hydrofluoric acid and liquid ammonia. It has good corrosion resistance, can resist the erosion of high temperature, oxidation and corrosive environment, and is widely used in electronic and optoelectronic industries. In addition, molybdenum blocks are often made into high-temperature structural parts for different high-temperature fields.

Molybdenum plug

Molybdenum plug is a special alloy material made of molybdenum titanium zirconium carbon alloy, which has the advantages of high temperature strength, good high temperature oxidation resistance, long service life, corrosion resistance and not easy to color glass. It is mainly used for the perforation of seamless steel pipes such as stainless steel, brazing steel, bearing steel and high temperature alloy steel, and is suitable for hot rolling perforation in high temperature and harsh environment.

Molybdenum hammer

Molybdenum hammer is a kind of heavy hammer made of molybdenum alloy, which is mainly used in industrial production and construction fields. Molybdenum alloy has the characteristics of high density, high strength, high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, so the molybdenum weight can withstand large weight and pressure, and can be used in high temperature and corrosive environment. In industrial production, the molybdenum weight can be used to manufacture counterweights, counterweights and vibrators, etc., and can also be used as a filler and support structure material. In the construction field, molybdenum weight can be used for wind-resistant and seismic reinforcement of high-rise buildings, as well as support and fixation of bridges and large structures.

Molybdenum ball

A molybdenum ball is a sphere or spherical object made of molybdenum metal. In a specific preparation method, the molybdenum ball is made by selecting the active molybdenum oxide roasted at 500-600 degrees C as the raw material, through the steps of abrasive to less than 5mm, grading ingredients, screening, mixing, adding water and humidity, adding binder, normal temperature and high pressure into a ball. The molybdenum balls obtained by this preparation method have the characteristics of not easy to powder, and can be used for the direct alloying of molybdenum in the smelting process of molybdenum-containing steel, thus improving the yield of metal molybdenum and greatly reducing the cost of molybdenum alloying.

Molybdenum grain

Molybdenum particles are a form of molybdenum particles, which is a form of metal molybdenum products. Molybdenum is a silver-white transition metal with high strength, high hardness and excellent mechanical properties, which can be maintained at high temperatures. Molybdenum particles can be used to manufacture high-purity molybdenum rods, which have excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, so they are widely used in aerospace, energy, chemical and other fields. High-purity molybdenum rods can be prepared by high-temperature sintering, rolling and other processes to meet the application requirements of different fields. In addition, the molybdenum particles can also be used to manufacture other types of molybdenum materials, such as molybdenum sheets, molybdenum tubes, etc. These molybdenum materials have a wide range of applications in electronic tubes, transistors, rectifiers and other electronic devices.

Molybdenum beads

Molybdenum beads are spherical or beaded objects made of molybdenum metal. Molybdenum is a silver-white transition metal with high melting point, high hardness, high elastic modulus and good electrical and thermal conductivity. These excellent physical and chemical properties make molybdenum beads have a wide range of applications in many fields.
