Tungsten crucible

Tungsten crucible (English name: Tungsten Crucibles) is one of the metal tungsten products, mainly divided into sintering molding (applied to powder metallurgy technology), stamping molding, spinning type. The use of tungsten rod turning molding (general size is relatively small), welding molding a variety of pure tungsten plate, tungsten and pure tungsten rod by the corresponding process. The tungsten crucible can be used in a vacuum inert gas at 2600 degrees or less. Tungsten has high melting point and boiling point, good high temperature strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high thermal conductivity, small thermal expansion coefficient, and good hardenability. Tungsten crucible is widely used in rare earth smelting, quartz glass, electronic spraying, crystal growth and other industries.

Tungsten tube

Tungsten tube is a kind of tube made of tungsten as the main material, which usually has the characteristics of high strength, high hardness, high melting point and good corrosion resistance.

Tungsten Screw

Tungsten screw is a fastener made of tungsten alloy.

Tungsten Bolt

A tungsten bolt is a fastener that is a combination of a head and a threaded screw. When used, it is matched with a nut to connect mechanical parts with a through hole in the middle. Bolts and nuts are removable. The head is shaped for fixation during fastening. There is a glyph, hexagon, etc.

Tungsten Nut

Tungsten nut is a nut made of tungsten material, namely nut. This product has a hole in the middle, the inner side of the hole is threaded, mainly used in conjunction with the screw or bolt, play a fixed role. Nuts are mostly hexagonal and quadrilateral, which are standard products. At present, in our country, there are national standard (GB), German standard (DIN), international standard (ISO), Japanese standard (JIS) and American standard (ASTM/ANSI). Among them, national standard, German standard and Japanese standard are represented by M (e.g. M8 and M16), while American standard and English standard are represented by scores or# (e.g. 8#, 10#, 1/4 and 3/8).

Tungsten Boat

Tungsten boats are mainly made of high-purity tungsten. This metal is known for its high melting point, high density, high strength, high hardness, and good corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The shape of the tungsten boat is usually a boat shape, and sometimes it is customized according to the specific application requirements. The structure typically includes one or more heating elements to provide the required heat during vacuum coating or other high temperature processes.
