    molybdenum titanium alloy use

    1. Aerospace field: molybdenum titanium alloy is commonly used in the field of aerospace manufacturing, such as aero-engine blades, turbines, combustion chambers, nozzles and other high temperature and high pressure parts, as well as aerospace components and thermal controls. Due to the excellent high temperature strength, corrosion resistance and lightweight characteristics of molybdenum-titanium alloy, it can meet the demanding requirements of material performance in the aerospace field.

    2. Chemical industry: molybdenum titanium alloy has good corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and has important applications in the chemical industry. It is often used in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant reaction vessels, pipes, valves and other equipment, as well as for the manufacture of high-temperature, high-pressure catalysts and reactor accessories.

    3. Nuclear industry: molybdenum and titanium alloys are also widely used in the nuclear industry, such as structural materials for nuclear reactors, fuel elements, heat exchangers, etc. Because molybdenum titanium alloy has excellent high temperature strength and radiation resistance, it can work stably in the extreme environment of nuclear industry.

    4. Ship engineering: molybdenum titanium alloy has good corrosion resistance to seawater, and is often used in the manufacture of marine engineering, marine equipment and offshore drilling platform and other parts resistant to seawater corrosion, such as hull structural parts, propellers and so on.

    5. Medical devices: Because molybdenum-titanium alloy has good biocompatibility and corrosion resistance, it is often used to manufacture some medical devices, such as artificial joints and implants.

    6. High temperature equipment manufacturing: molybdenum titanium alloy is often used to manufacture the key components of various high temperature equipment, such as high temperature furnace, heat treatment equipment, furnace, etc., to meet the working requirements of high temperature environment.
