Molybdenum-rhenium alloy is a high-temperature alloy composed of molybdenum (Mo) and rhenium (Re). This alloy has excellent high temperature strength, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, so it is widely used in some extreme conditions.
Silver is a precious metal chemical element, located in the periodic table of the fifth period IB group, atomic number 47. Pure silver has a white metallic luster, rich in good ductility and flexibility, its electrical and thermal conductivity is the highest among all metals, and it is not easy to react with sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, etc., and its physical and chemical properties are relatively stable. These excellent physical properties make silver widely used in electronics, metallurgy, aerospace and other fields, such as the manufacture of electrical contact materials, alloys and silver-based brazing materials.
Molybdenum-copper alloy is an alloy material made of two metal elements, molybdenum and copper, through a fine process. This alloy combines the high conductivity of copper with the high strength and high melting point of molybdenum, so it has the advantages of high strength, high specific gravity, high temperature resistance, arc ablation resistance, good conductive electrothermal performance, and good processing performance.
Molybdenum lanthanum alloy, also known as high temperature molybdenum, brand MoLa, is a small amount of molybdenum doped with two lanthanum trioxide (La2O3) particles can form the so-called composite fiber structure. This particular microstructure remains stable at temperatures up to 2000°C. Therefore, molybdenum-lanthanum oxide has creep resistance even under the conditions of use.
Molybdenum-nickel alloy is an alloy composed of metal molybdenum as a matrix element and metal element nickel.
The common molybdenum-nickel alloys are NS322 nickel-molybdenum alloy material and Hastelloy B- 2(UNS N10665) nickel-molybdenum alloy material.
Molybdenum-titanium alloy is an alloy composed of a small amount of titanium based on molybdenum phase. The nominal composition of the general alloy is Mo ~ 0.5Ti, also known as MT alloy. Alloy containing titanium 0.4%~ 0.55% (mass fraction), carbon 0.01%~ 0.04% (mass fraction), titanium solid soluble in molybdenum, solid solution strengthening effect, molybdenum and carbon in the alloy to form dispersed carbide particles, can play a precipitation strengthening effect, titanium also improve the low temperature plasticity of molybdenum, improve the recrystallization temperature of molybdenum.
